Hey! Welcome to Off Grid Life.
Can you tell we are excited? So we are Dax and Ree. In 2019, we decided we wanted out of the city and wanted to start creating some meaningful experiences around our own sustainability.
Are we hippys? Maybe?.. but all in all we just love the ‘camp’ vibe and grassroots survival ethic.
In early 2020, the Covid 19 pandemic hit and suddenly the world got smaller. The city was not the place we wanted to be so we dedicated ourselves to saving money, and with the generous support of some people we love, after a year we were finally able to purchase a piece of land that we hope to turn into a retreat for young and old alike.
A place where the people we love can come to recharge and reconnect with the planet and themselves.
And before you say : “well you aren’t off grid if you are on the internet” – well that’s the part of our dream. To share our experiences, our successes and errors and hopefully inspire you to take even a small step towards a more meaning-filled existence.
